Dear Families,

Here are the reminders for this week.

1. This week students at Arthur Stevenson will participate in the plastic bag challenge. The goal of this challenge is to reduce the amount of plastic bags that end up in our landfills and oceans. Students are asked to bring in plastic bags from home that are not being used. The school will collect the bags and then hand them over so that they can be environmentally recycled. The class that brings in the most bags wins a prize.

3. Students will watch their second ArtStarts performance of the year Wednesday afternoon.

5. A reminder that next Monday, April 23rd, is a professional development day for school staff, so there will be no school for students.
